Bradford City AFC's FA Cup first-round replay with Exeter City is to be replayed, after the FA confirmed the result of Tuesday's game will not stand.

The match referee submitted an "extraordinary incident" report, stating that Exeter used a sixth substitute during the match.

This was followed by feedback from the Bantams the Grecians, and the fourth official.

A statement added: 'The FA conducted an investigation and referred all its information to the Professional Game Board (PGB) in accordance with the rules of the competition.

'It has been deemed by the PGB the most appropriate course of action is to replay the fixture at St James Park a week on Tuesday.'

The clash will take place on Tuesday 30th November at 7.45pm.
