Appeal after serious assault on teenager in Bradford

A police investigation's continuing after a 13-year-old girl was taken to hospital following a suspected assault in Bradford.

It happened at the junction of North Avenue and Midland Road between four and half-past on Monday afternoon.

Detectives are asking for any dashcam footage and want to speak to possible witnesses.

A Police spokesperson said:

"Police are appealing for information following a serious assault on a teenage girl in Bradford.

"A 13-year-old girl required hospital treatment following the incident, which occurred at the junction of North Avenue and Midland Road between 4.15pm and 4.20pm yesterday (Monday).

"Bradford District CID is investigating this matter and would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed it.

"Motorists who were in the area at the time are also being asked to check their dash cams, in case they have any footage which may assist.
