4-year-old seriously injured in Leeds after being hit by e-scooter

An investigation is underway after a 4-year-old girl was left with serious injuries after a collision with an e-scooter.

It happened in Armley Park Sunday afternoon, the e-scooter and its rider left the park and went onto Stanningley Road.

A Police statement said:

"Police in Leeds are appealing for information following a collision involving an e-scooter which left a four-year-old girl with serious injuries.

"The collision happened in Armley Park at 4:25pm 21/4. The e-scooter and its rider left the then left the park and went onto Stanningley Road."
