Boy, 17, arrested after woman stabbed in Leeds

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested and a murder investigation has begun after a woman was stabbed in Leeds.

Emergency services were called to an address in Prince Edward Grove near Wortley at around 11pm on Monday night (October 23).

West Yorkshire Police said the woman was taken to hospital with stab wounds, and died a short time later.

Detectives are questioning a teenage boy and investigations are continuing.
