Public Enemy, Hercules & Love Affair For Secret Garden Party

Legendary and revolutionary hip-hop icons Public Enemy have been confirmed as the big name headliners of Secret Garden Party.

Also newly confirmed for the acclaimed festival are New York-based house-soul-dance collective Hercules and Love Affair who release their new album ‘The Feast of the Broken Heart’ in May.

Hercules and Love Affair lynchpin Andy Butler says: ‘The Secret Garden Party is legendary.

“I have had the opportunity to take two versions of the Hercules live show to many festivals, but every now and then get to one where the curation/line up is ace, the location is wonderful, and the overall organization and attitude is stellar- this would be the Secret Garden Party.

“We played to a raging audience, that WENT FOR IT the first time there and I made my mind up. I wanted to go back. So much love, so much love.”

Foreign Beggars, King Charles, Alabama 3, Big Deal, Say Lou Lou,Big Gigantic, Rae Morris, The Skints, Thumpers, Koven, John Fullbright, The Hics, Lxury, TCTS and Mad Professor are among the other big names confirmed for the party.

They all join the previously confirmed Clean Bandit, Foxes, Little Dragon, Maya Jane Coles, Sub Focus (DJ set), MØ, Kwabs, Rosie Lowe, Wolf Alice, Years And Years, Gorgon City, Denai Moore, Bipolar Sunshine, The Amazing Snakeheads, Kyla La Grange and many, many more.

Now celebrating its 12th year, The Secret Garden Party prides itself on offering a “kaleidoscopic pick n mix of music” far removed from more mainstream festivals.

The Secret Garden Party takes place from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th July near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire.
