Camp Bestival has added 80s heroes Heaven 17, The Proclaimers and Nik Kershaw to this summers line-up.

They join their fellow icons of the 80s Kid Creole & The Coconuts and Musical Youth at the Lulworth Castle, Dorset family orientated extravaganza.

Nik Kershaw enthused: “I am delighted to be playing Camp Bestival this year alongside an amazing line up of artists from across the genres. It’s going to be a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing you there!”

The Proclaimers said: “We are looking forward immensely to our first appearance at Camp Bestival and enjoying first hand this unique event.”

Also freshly added to the bill are Sam Lee & Friends, Molotov Jukebox, Ady Suleiman, Hudson Taylor and funktastic DJ Craig Charles.

Taking place from Thursday 1st to Sunday 4th August 2013, the mightily impressive Bestival line-up already boasts Labrinth, Ash, The Levellers, The Cuban Brothers, Grandmaster Flash, The Polyphonic Spree, Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip and loads more.
