Last night's (3rd June) final of Britain's Got Talent was hugely emotional after Lee Ridley, AKA Lost Voice Guy, was crowned the winner of this year's series. The comedian, who lost the ability to talk due to complications with cerebral palsy, was in the top two with fellow comic Robert White, but pipped him to the post with the most public votes.

His heartfelt message to the judges was read out by his machine, thanking them for their support and revealing how grateful he'd been for the whole experience - even making time for one last joke at the Queen's expense.

But there was another moment from the final that caught a lump in the throats of viewers watching at home as the four judges made their way to the stage to congratulate their winner.

Head judge Simon took Dec's microphone from him to first off share a message to him - and it made for very emotional viewing.

Can you remember all the winners of Britain's Got Talent?

Paul Potts

Paul Potts won the very first show in 2007 with his hugely impressive singing abilities.

He said to Dec, "I want to say to you Dec, you have done an outstanding job this week. Seriously, thank you," as Alesha Dixon grabbed him for a hug.

Fans of the show couldn't have agreed more, and took to Twitter to share their feelings.

Lost Voice Guy was crowned the winner of this year's Britain's Got Talent, meaning that he will perform for the Royal Family at this year's Royal Variety Performance which will take place on Monday 19th November and will be televised in December.
