David Beckham has become the latest big name celebrity to take part in the Ice Bucket Challenge.
The former footballer was nominated by heat Radio host Ryan Seacrest and happily braved the cold for charity while showing off his very hench physique.
Two friends gladly helped David out by pouring a gargantuan keg of ice water over his head.
Accompanying the video, 39-year-old David wrote on Facebook: “Thanks for the ALS Ice bucket challenge nomination Ryan Seacrest. I nominate Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan and Leonardo DiCaprio. Don’t forget to donate!”

Designed to raise money and awareness for the neurodegenerative illness ALS, the Ice Bucket Challenge dares participants to have a bucket of ice water poured on their head within 24 hours of being nominated.
After completing the task, they then get to nominate some other unfortunate victim.
