Mel B just confirmed a MASSIVE gig for the Spice Girls
OMG!
Last updated 28th Feb 2018
At the start of February, nostalgia hit us as the Spice Girls reunited in the most 2018 way possible, by posting a selfie of all FIVE members to their social media accounts.
Ginger (Geri Horner), Sporty (Mel C), Scary (Mel B), Baby (Emma Bunton) and Posh (Victoria Beckham) all popped round to Geri's house with their former manager Simon Fuller to discuss plans for their hugely anticipated reunion.
Although rumours are rife that a world tour could be happening, the band are yet to confirm any details about their comeback, leaving fans wondering.
That was until Mel B appeared on an American chat show and seemed to accidentally spill the beans of a very exciting gig they have lined up.
Speaking on The Real, America's answer to Loose Women, Mel couldn't contain her excitement that she and the other four Spice Girls have been given an invite to the upcoming Royal Wedding for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
As she was quizzed if she knew anybody that had been invited, Mel said, "I'm going", much to the panel's excitement. When they asked if she'd been given an official invite, the singer then added, "Us five Spice Girls did, why am I so honest?!'"
But Mel wasn't stopping there, as well as confirming the group have an invite to the big event, the former X Factor judge also pretty much revealed the Spice Girls will be performing at the wedding reception.
Answering the question, "will the Spice Girls be performing at the wedding reception?", Mel looked down at her cards and said, "Argh, I swear I'm just...", before excitement in the studio erupted and Mel threw her cards up in the air.

OOPS! 🙈
And as March fast approaches, the group better start rehearsing as last year the venue and date were confirmed as Saturday 19th May 2018 at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's big day.
Earlier this month, Kensington Palace then revealed more details about the Royal Wedding, tweeting, , 'The wedding service will begin at 12noon at St George's Chapel. The Dean of Windsor will conduct the service and The Archbishop of Canterbury will officiate as the couple make their vows.'
Going on to reveal that after the service there would be a reception for the guests, with a private reception later in the evening with close friends and family... including the Spice Girls!
