Rupert Murdoch and Jerry Hall tie the knot in London
They have been pictured outside the magnificent Spencer House.
Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has married actress and former model Jerry Hall in the magnificent Spencer House in London.
The pair have been pictured outside 'London’s finest surviving eighteenth-century town house' holding hands following a civil ceremony.
Murdoch later tweeted "No more tweets for ten days or ever!".
This is Murdoch's fourth marriage, while it is Hall's first following her 1990 annulled marriage to the rockstar Mick Jagger in Bali.
Murdoch split from former wife Wendi Dang, mother to two of his children, in 2013.
Murdoch and Hall were first spotted together late last year at the Rugby World Cup final at Twickenham and formerly announced their engagement earlier this year in The Times newspaper with the notice saying:
"Mr Rupert Murdoch, father of Prudence, Elisabeth, Lachlan, James, Grace and Chloe Murdoch, and Miss Jerry Hall, mother of Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel Jagger, are delighted to announce their engagement."
The newly-weds will hold a ceremony of celebration tomorrow at St Bride's Church on Fleet Street, which will be closed to the public all day.
