Hugh Grant and girlfriend Anna Eberstein have some very exciting baby news

British actor Hugh Grant and his girlfriend Anna Eberstein are believed to be expecting a baby together. This new addition will be the couple's third child and Hugh's fifth.

Hugh Grant and Anna Eberstein, who is a Swedish TV producer, are notoriously private about their children. The couple have been dating on and off for seven years and already have a two-year-old daughter, whose name isn't known, and a five-year-old son named John.

Hugh and Anna seemed to reconfirm their relationship status earlier this week when they appeared at the Golden Globes together, with Anna sporting a baby bump. The couple both wore black like the majority of the attendees, in support of the #MeToo movement.

Hugh recently starred in the 2017 film Paddington 2,** **lending his voice to the part of Phoenix Buchanan, an actor who stars in dog food commercials.

The exciting baby news has also apparently been confirmed by Anna's mother who is a Swedish politician. Speaking to one of the country's tabloids Aftonbladet she also appeared to confirm the pregnancy and gender of the unborn baby, saying, “I’m very happy to be getting another grandchild. She’s due rather soon.”

In 2014 Anna's mother had previously spoken about her grandchild John saying, “It is a wonderful little cute grandchild boy I have got. I already had a grandchild since earlier, and it’s such fun to have another one.”

This latest addition will be Hugh Grant's fifth child in seven years having previously had a child with former girlfriend Tinglan Hong in 2011, then with his current girlfriend, Anna, before going back to Tinglan who gave birth to his son Felix. He then reunited with Anna who gave birth to the couple's youngest child, a little girl two years ago.

Hugh and Anna have yet to comment on the exciting news.
