"I've seen first-hand what courage and commitment looks like"

"You go into the job knowing that there's risks, but I wasn't expecting it to happen on day three of a six week exercise.

"Now, I'm trying to promote people with disabilities and where the money raised goes and how it helps people

"For me Remembrance is personal- but also much bigger than me. I've seen first-hand what courage and commitment looks like when things get tough.

"I've also stood next to people who have given their all and those who could not come home. So when I wear that poppy, I honour every one of them.
