A woman from Waveney is calling for pregnant woman to be made more aware- about how losing a baby can affect somebody
This Thursday, there's two baby-loss remembrance services taking place in Lowestoft, Which have been set up to raise awareness and support those affected.
"There was no other bereavement like it"
Natasha Garforth lost her daughter Catarina five years ago.
"In the first years I really struggled with, depression, anxiety, PTSD and looked at life in a whole different way. I was hyper-vigilant, hyper-sensitive and everything just felt different.
"There was no other bereavement like it because you are mourning a future. There are always going to be milestones that you're going to remember. First day of nursery, first day of school, 16th birthday, 18th birthday"
"It's not something that affects you for a few months, afterwards. It's a lifetime thing. I visit my daughter's grave every week. I have to factor in visiting her grave on Christmas Day, around seeing everyone else"
"You need to speak to people about it"
"I personally learnt how to cope with it. I've had counselling and you need to speak to people about it. Unfortunately, there's not enough people who know enough about it"
"There so many things I would have done differently, if I'd have time to think about it. If I'd of been able to think during my pregnancy, 'what if that were to happen to me, what would I do?' Then I could learn about all the options"
Where are these services taking place?

What's the Government doing to help?
