Wagner: no new injuries for Norwich City ahead of Birmingham clash
Norwich are looking to bounce back from a heavy defeat in their last Championship outing
Norwich City boss David Wagner has confirmed the Canaries have no new injury concerns heading into this weekend's visit of Birmingham.
It comes as his team look to respond to the defeat to Fulham in the League Cup earlier this week, and the heavy 6-2 drubbing at the hand of Plymouth last weekend.
Speaking to the media, Wagner said: "No issues after Wednesday night."
"The guys who were not involved except Danny Batth who was cup-tied, none of our injured players will make the matchday squad.
"We have to be very sensible with (Borja Sainz). But if someone makes an impact like he has done on Wednesday, he deserves to be in the matchday squad."
"We'll focus on the long-term plan."
On the visit of Birmingham, Wagner said: "A very good side, I expect a tough game. They're very competitive."
"We want to get a home win to get back on a wining track."
"The Fulham game helped massively, you can speak about what went wrong and show them how much it effects their performance and the result.
"But the players need to correct it, this is what we got on Wednesday.
"We have to find an answer for the questions that they ask us.
"I'm confident we'll find solutions and that we're in the right mindset to move forward."
