Two men jailed after bringing teenagers to Norfolk to deal drugs

Three people have been sentenced as part of an investigation into modern slavery

Three people have been sentenced for their involvement in a 'county lines' drug dealing operation, which saw vulnerable teenagers brought to Norfolk to sell drugs.

Kingsley Annor, 26, of Philpot Street in London was sentenced to four years and six months in prison at Norwich Crown Court on Friday 10 February.

He had admitted two counts of human trafficking, one count of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and one count of being concerned in the supply of heroin.

Trevor Kutsirayi, 23, of Association Way, Norwich was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison after pleading guilty to after pleading guilty to two counts of human trafficking.

Saul Simpson, 52 of Eagle Walk in Norwich was given a 21 month sentence suspended for two years after pleading guilty to two counts of human trafficking, one count of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and one count of being concerned in the supply of heroin.

It's after police discovered two missing teenagers at Simpson's home on Eagle Walk in December 2021.

They also seized they discovered 57 wraps of crack cocaine, 34 wraps of heroin as well as cash, phones and a train ticket for an under 16 from London to Norwich.

Analysis of phone records and CCTV found the two boys had travelled through London the day before.

Annor had met the boys at a station in the capital, handing them drugs to see in the Norwich area.

The two teenagers involved will face no further police action.

PC Rob Wells said: “Norfolk Constabulary takes a zero-tolerance approach towards drug supply and are committed to tackling the whole chain to keep our communities safe.

“This case shows how our officers don’t just stop after arresting those involved in dealing, but evidence a full supply chain to detain those who exploit others for the purposes of drug dealing.”
