A Norfolk zoo's paying tribute to their red-billed Toucan, who passed away earlier this week.

Amazona Zoo, in Cromer, says Tic Tac, who was around twenty years old, suffered a stroke.

They say her passing was very swift, and she was made comfortable, with the Keepers all around her.

In a post shared online, the zoo says the 'feisty and tenacious' bird will never be forgotten.

Tic Tac joined Amazona in 2014, and soon became a fast favourite with keepers, regularly following them whilst they completed their duties.

The zoo believes she was the last remaining red billed Toucan on display in the UK.
