From home workouts for children to finding financial support for businesses.

It's all online in King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

The Borough Council's urging us to use the resources put together by them and other organisations in the area, to help us through the latest national lockdown.

Leader of the authority Brian Long said:

"I urge residents to look online at the Ask Lily website where they have put together ideas to combat loneliness and social isolation. Additionally, the team at Alive West Norfolk have created videos to keep us all fit during the lockdown and activities to keep children entertained."
