Two days of traditional folk, Americana, folk rock, bluegrass and everything in between – all live, all free. From 11:30am until 6pm each day.

Cllr Graham Middleton, Deputy Leader and Cabinet member for Business, Culture and Heritage at the borough council, said: “Moving to step 4 of the roadmap this week means that we can bring back our popular summer events programme. We’ll see some returning favourites alongside some great new family events.

“The focus for the borough council has been on encouraging people back into town and our parks as safely as possible. Fingers crossed for fantastic weather this summer so people can enjoy these great events in the fresh air.

“This will be the fourth time that King’s Lynn has hosted Folk in the Town and I cannot wait to see live music being performed once again in the Tuesday Market Place.”

Adrian Tebbutt, who organises the event on behalf of the council said: "So many artists wanted to take part this year, choosing the acts has been challenging. We have a good range of different types of music that will please a broad audience. There is a strong tradition of folk and acoustic music in the area so it's great to be able to highlight the talent in this way. This year, due to the popularity of the event, we've also attracted artists from further afield."
