Stoke Ferry sees a return of Post Office services
A mobile service is now in operation

Post Office services will be restored to Stoke Ferry with a Mobile Post Office at the Lay by Lane, nearby to the Sea Star Fish Bar, Lynn Road, Kings Lynn, PE33 9SW.
The Postmaster from Upwell Post Office will provide service twice a week on a Tuesday and Wednesday from 12.25pm - 1pm.
The branch at Whittington Garage, Whittington, Kings Lynn, PE33 9TF closed temporarily in March 2019 following the resignation of the Postmaster and the withdrawal of the premises for Post Office use.
The plans to reinstate the Post Office service at the Whittington Garage did not open as previously advised due to the new agent deciding not to operate the Post Office service.
This is a temporary outreach service whilst we continue to seek a permanent solution.
To accommodate the Outreach service in Stoke Ferry there have been some minor changes to the current opening hours of the Mobile services at Southery and Wereham (please see notes to editors). These changes will also take effect from Tuesday 11 May.
