A woman had her handbag snatched

Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after a woman was robbed in Wisbech.

The victim, aged in her 50s, was walking along Oakroyd Crescent at about 2.20pm on Tuesday, 22 June, when she was approached by a man from behind.

The suspect grabbed her handbag and ran off with it following a struggle.

The handbag was dropped in De Havilland Road but a purse had been stolen.

The woman was not injured.
