East Midlands Railway services to Norwich will be significantly reduced on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th October because of strike action.

Members of Unite Union are walking out in a row over pay and conditions.

People are being advised to only travel if absolutely necessary and say no replacement buses will be running.

EMR says the delays are because Unite members work in their depots, and without staff, they're unable to provide trains for services on Monday and Tuesday.

The company normally offers a direct hourly service to Norwich from Liverpool, via Manchester, Sheffield and Nottingham.
