Police appeal for witnesses after sexual assault on Norwich bus

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted on a bus in Norwich.

It happened on December 9, on the top deck of an X29 bus travelling from between from Castle Meadow and Asda in Hellesdon at around 4.30pm.

The female victim was sitting on the bus when a man sat down next to her and continually tried to touch her.

The man is described as white, aged in his late 40s to early 50s, and around 5ft 10ins tall.

He was also wearing a waist length beige, bomber-style coat and a blue watch.

The bus was said to be busy at the time so police are keen to hear from passengers with any information.
