Norfolk Police charge man with multiple offences, including serious sexual assault
He's also accused of threatening a person with an offensive weapon
Norfolk Police have charged a 35-year-old man with multiple offences.
Paddy Mutch, aged 35 and of no fixed address, has been charged with rape, threatening a person with an offensive weapon and criminal damage.
The incidents are alleged to have happened in Norwich on 17 June 2023.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday 27 June 2023) and was remanded into custody ahead of his next court appearance on 25 July 2023.
