David Wagner's side secured a 3-1 win against Millwall at Carrow Road on Sunday afternoon.

Jonathan Rowe made it four goals in four, whilst Josh Sargent claimed his second of the season and Ashley Barnes scored his first for the Canaries.

It was rising star Jonathan Rowe who scored the first goal of the match.

Barnes set up the ball for the academy graduate to slot into the bottom corner.

The second came just two minutes into the second half, when Josh Sargent doubled the Canaries' lead from a Sara free-kick just under 30 yards out.

The US international was able to get his head on the end of it and the ball was knocked over the line from the post.

Things went from bad to worse for The Lions when Barnes scored his first goal for Norwich, after a back-heel from Fassnacht set up the number 10 to turn and score the third of the afternoon.

Millwall scraped one back during injury time, thanks to a shot from substitute Aidomo Emakhu, who managed to beat Angus Gunn and pull one back for Gary Rowett's side.

26,218 were in attendance.
