Norwich City football club makes shares available
It means Delia's shares have dipped to below 50% for the first time
A vote at Carrow Road last night means that thousands of new shares in the club are going to be made available.
A meeting held yesterday evening, lasting around 10 minutes, saw shareholders vote in favour of allowing the board to allot and issue 194,512 new shares in the club.
The move means majority holders Delia Smith and Michael Wynn Jones have seen their stake in Norwich City drop below 50% for the first time.
