We're again being told to stay at home in Norfolk this weekend.

Recently, police have stopped and fined people from all over the UK who've come to the county, despite national restrictions telling us not to because of coronavirus.

Leader of Norfolk County Council, Councillor Andrew Proctor said:

"The lockdown rules are very specific - stay local and do go out anymore than you need to, that's the first thing. The second thing, is thinking well, if we're in this lockdown situtaion locally, let's make the most of what we can do locally. And thirdly, let's have some personal responsibilty.

"The NHS has done an amazing job at getting the vaccination programme going and we've seen a reduction in cases. So hopefully from that, if people do actually follow the rules and take some personal responsibility, then maybe, we can get to a better situation and get rid of some of the restrictions we're living and working under at the moment."
