Norfolk's Jody Cundy, Alfie Hewett and Jessica-Jane Applegate are gearing up for their competitions at Tokyo 2020.
Jessica-Jane, born in Great Yarmouth, will be one of the first of the three athletes to compete when she takes to the pool on Wednesday. Ms Applegate already has a gold, sliver and bronze medal to her name after already competing in three Paralympic games.
Jody Cundy, born in Wisbech, will also be competing on the 25th. Mr Cundy already has four gold medals and one bronze to his name, as he starts his fourth Paralympic games as a cyclist.
Alfie Hewett, born in Norwich, will have to wait until the first of September before his first competition on the wheelchair tennis court. Mr Hewett has a sliver medal to his name, after competing in the 2016 Paralympic games in Rio.
Amy Conroy from Norwich will be competing in the wheelchair basketball in Tokyo. She'll be hoping to secure her first Olympic medal after finishing fourth in Rio.
Colin Perriss from Magpie Centre, West Norfolk's Riding for the Disabled Association told us the three athletes can: "create awareness and show what's possible" to anyone with a disability.
He hopes that the games will help to highlight the benefit of equestrian sport for those with disabilities.
He told us that ParalympicsGB' success at the games encourage the Government to re-evaluate the "limited" support currently on offer for disabled charities in the UK.
