The family of a Norfolk man who died following an assault has released a tribute to him, following the opening of an inquest (11 January 2024).
59 year old Nigel Mazs, died following an assault which took place on Friday 22nd December in Malakoff Close, Great Yarmouth.

“Dad was loved by so many people, he made a positive impact in everyone’s life with his infectious laugh. He was an amazing father, grandfather and brother.
"As a family we would like to thank the neuroscience team at Addenbrookes Hospital for all the amazing work they did with Dad.
"Losing him is heart-breaking and we would appreciate our privacy being respected at this traumatic time.“
