Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service has welcomed new recruits.

They've face snow, ice and sub-zero temperatures and complying with Covid-19 restrictions, all in their first month and have completed initial fire ground training; using ladders, light portable pumps and combination drills.

The service says they've showed 'great determination and dedication', adding the recruits have now started breathing apparatus and road traffic collision training.
