Motorcyclist seriously injured in Fritton crash

Police are appealing for witnesses, after a serious crash in Fritton.

It happened on Hempnall Road, on Saturday 25 October at 1.05pm when, for reasons yet to be established, a motorcyclist has left the road on a black Kawasaki ER 500.

The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene including ambulance and air ambulance.

The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 40s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to NNUH by land. He has since been transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

The road reopened at around 3.10pm.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has any relevant dashcam footage to get in touch. Anyone with any information is asked to contact police, via the following channels, quoting reference NC-25102025-190:
