Man jailed for selling cocaine in Thetford

He'll spend three years in prison after spending around a month selling Class A drugs

A man has been jailed for being involved in the sale of cocaine in Thetford.

29 year old James Willis, of Fisherman's Drive in March, will spend three years behind bars after admitting to two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs between Friday 26 June 2020 and Thursday 2 July 2020.

He was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court.

Willis was arrested on Bury Road in Stanton in Suffolk on July 1 2020.

Officers seized cocaine, cash. drug paraphernalia and mobile phones linked to the sale of Class A drugs.

Sergeant Marcus Wall, of Norfolk Police said: “This sentence is another reminder that Norfolk Police will not tolerate drug dealing in Norfolk.

"Officers remain committed to identify those concerned in the supply of drugs in the county and we will respond robustly to those breaking the law"
