New lifeline for rough sleepers in Wisbech
It's been set up by the founder of 50 Backpacks

The founder of 50 Backpacks in Wisbech, has teamed up with the Salvation Army in the town, for a new venture.
50/50 Vision opens its doors today (29 March), with 50 Backpacks having closed in February.
Founder Spike, has posted on Facebook to say:
"The Salvation Army have been incredible in their proposals and following extensive risk assessments and negotiations, have carved a way forward to deliver real help and support to our less fortunate.
"I hope that you all continue to support us as much as you did 50 Backpacks because without you, we could not do what we do best."
