Wisbech sees a large-scale Covid-19 vaccination centre open this morning (5 February)

The former Budgens/Co-op store in Horsefair Shopping Centre will start administering the jab to those within a 45-minute radius.

It'll complement the large-scale centres in Peterborough, Cambridge, and Huntingdon as well as main hospital sites, with more opening in the coming weeks.

We're being reminded to only go along if we have an appointment booked and should wait for a letter to invite us.

MP Steve Barclay said:

"As always, I’d urge constituents to have the jab when invited and to continue to maintain social distancing and stay at home as much as possible to keep yourself and your families and friends safe."
