Two people have been rescued from the bottom of cliffs in Hunstanton, after becoming cut off by the tide.

Hunstanton Coast Guard said it was contacted on Saturday (3 April) about a possible paraglider in difficulty on the sea near the lighthouse.

Instead they found kite surfers - and the pair were brought to safety without needing to go to hospital.
