A fight took place involving a group of people during the early hours at around 4am on Littleport Street in King’s Lynn. One man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and has been transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital with serious injuries and is in stable condition.

At approximately 8am on Sunday (3 March) a male was assaulted on Blackfriars Road. Both victims of these incidents suffered serious injuries but not life threatening and were taken to hospital.

Detective Inspector Niky Greenacre said: “We are exploring if the incident on Littleport Street is linked to two other incidents in Kings Lynn over the weekend. It is important to say that we not looking for anyone else in connection with these incidents and believe them to be isolated incidents. There is no wider risk to the public”
