Man pleads guilty to breaking into King's Lynn businesses

He'll be sentenced next month

A man has pleaded guilty to breaking into two businesses in King’s Lynn last week.

40 year old Grzegorz Orchel, of no fixed address, appeared at court this week where he admitted breaking into a property on St James Street at around 3.55am on Thursday 8 February and a second business on Tower Street at around 5.25am the same morning.

Officers arrested Orchel on Tower Street shortly after being alerted to the break in.

He was taken to King’s Lynn Police station for questioning and later charged with the offences.

He appeared at Huntingdon Magistrates Court on Tuesday 13 February and pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary.

He will be sentenced on 12 March 2024 at Cambridge Crown Court.
