Health Secretary praises vaccine roll out in North Norfolk

The Health Secretary has been praising the vaccine roll out in North Norfolk.

Matt Hancock said:

"I was just looking through the figures and I've found that North Norfolk has the second highest rate of vaccination in the whole country - more than 2 out of every 5 people across the whole of North Norfolk, have already had their first dose and I want to say a massive thank you to everybody involved - and including Duncan Baker MP, who I work with very closely.

"The work that's being done in particularly to ensure right now that carers across North Norfolk as well as the vulnerable people who are being cared for and everybody whos in the eligible groups is able to come forward to get vaccinated.

"It's a massive effort. I'm incredibly grateful. Keep it up - we'll get there."
