Firefighters spend two hours tackling fire in Wisbech

It's being treated as deliberate

A fire at a warehouse in Wisbech is being investigated by police.

Crews from Wisbech and Long Sutton were called to Sutton Road at 12.03am yesteday (27 April) and found a building containing tyres well alight, with the flames spreading to nearby hedges.

They extinguished the fire using hose reels and a jet and returned to their stations by 2.15am.

The blaze and it's believed to have been started deliberately and Cambridgeshire Police are now investigating.
