Fire crews tackle blaze at Norwich Research Park

Fire from Earlham, Carrow, Sprowston, Attleborough, Dereham, Wroxham, Hingham and Wymondham were called to an incident at the Quadram Institute on the Norwich Research Park at 9.26am today.

The building was successfully evacuated before crews arrive on the scene.

When they arrived, they found a fire on the roof of the building.

Police and ambulance were also at the scene, and the service say they used an aerial ladder platform and drone during the incident.

The fire service say an investigation will be carried out into the incident.
