Police think a fatal housefire on the Norfolk coast at the end of last week may have caused by a faulty electrical lead.

A woman in her 90s was pronounced dead at the scene on Beech Road in Scratby after 10:30am on Friday.

Norfolk Police have been working with fire officers to try to find the cause of the fire.

The woman's death is curently being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.

A postmortem is due to take place soon.
