A family and their dog have been rescued by Wells Lifeboat crew.
They got caught out by the tide at the weekend, and found themselves stuck on a spit of sand off Holkham.
They were safely taken back to the beach and able to make their own way home.
The RNLI is reminding us to always check tide times when heading to the beach.
