Police were called to an address near Fakenham yesterday morning (10 February) after an energy company serving a warrant linked to payment of electricity alerted them that cannabis plants may be at the address.

Officers arrested a man in his 40s in relation to cannabis production at the property and, following a search, seized eight cannabis plants at the address.

He was subsequently questioned at a King's Lynn Police Investigation Centre where he was additionally arrested for possession of cannabis. He has been released under investigation and enquiries are ongoing.
