The Government says the purchasing of 12 'nuclear-capable' F-35As will bolster national security and support 20 thousand jobs
Campaigners are protesting today against the decision to station 12 nuclear-capable fighter-jets, at an airbase in Norfolk
These F-35As will be at RAF Marham in West Norfolk- after their purchase was confirmed during Wednesday's NATO summit.

The protest starts at 1pm. The Government says this deal will bolster national security and support 20 thousand jobs.

"There has been no Parliamentary debate or vote on this decision.
"Those who live near this airbase haven't been able to have a say in all this, especially when you considering that this is going to cost us millions of pounds.
"This deal will see loads of money going to US arms companies. Meanwhile, we have massive levels of poverty in this country and staff cuts being made across the public sector".
