Appeal launched after fibre optic cables stolen in Lowestoft

Police are looking for witnesses after a cabinet containing fibre optic cables was ripped out of a street in Lowestoft and stolen.
The green box was taken from Walmer Road sometime between Thursday and Friday last week (16th-17th February).
Officers are asking anyone with information, footage or pictures to get in touch.
The green cabinets are a common sight on many streets in the UK, and are used to manage internet and telephone connections to nearby houses.
