Police are appealing for information after two historic post boxes were stolen in West Norfolk.

One was taken from Well Hall Lane in Ashwicken, with the other being stolen from the High Street in Thornham between January 1st and January 15th.

Both have the royal cyper 'GR', meaning they date back to the reigns of either Goerge V or George VI in the first half of the 20th century.

Officers think they may have been taken to sell online - and the thefts could be linked to the theft of another postbox from Thorpland Lane in Runcton Holme on December 21.
