Air ambulance called as woman dies in Sprowston
Locals reported seeing ambulances and police cars nearby
A woman in her thirties has died in Sprowston this morning.
Police tell us they were called to reports of a concern for safety at Scott Close in Sprowston at 9am this morning (18 March 2024).
Locals also reported seeing the air ambulance and a number of ambulances nearby.
Now, police have confirmed, despite attempts by paramedics on scene, a woman in her thirties was declared dead at 9.44am.
Her death is not believed to be suspicious, and police say a file will be prepared for the coroner in due course.
