West Norfolk insurance firm Adrian Flux to hire almost 300 new staff ahead of 'busy' 2024
The King's Lynn based insurance broker has announced plans for expansion
West Norfolk based insurance firm Adrian Flux has announced fresh plans for expansion, with the brokers to take on almost 300 new members of staff.
The King's Lynn based company, along with subsidiary Bikesure, are to hire 275 new staff both locally and across the country ahead of what is expected to be a busy 2024.
Adrian Flux has offices in North Lynn, East Winch and Norwich, although staff are also able to work from home.
Gavin Hill, a manager at Adrian Flux, said: “As our name and offering continues to spread far and wide, it was inevitable we would gain more enquiries and customers than ever."
“With the growth of working from home, we have been able to continue to recruit nationally, which we started to do in 2021 for the first time in our 50-year history.
"It’s been an exciting time, but the beating heart of our company remains here in Norfolk.
"Staff don’t need to come into our office and can work remotely, but we find many enjoy the connection of working for a local brand they know that has proud family roots.
“Our offices remain open for those who like to work around others and while it doesn’t suit all, we know it remains an appealing option for people - especially those who are training and want to enjoy the social nature of working for a company like ours.”
The family run business which sells specialist motor insurance was first formed in 1973 and currently employs around 1,500 people.
