It follows nearly just a week on from the death of seven-year-old Katniss Selezneva was killed in a fatal hit and run.
A 14 year old boy has been bailed, with further enquiries ongoing.
Councillor Pete Smith has put his concerns in a letter to the police to try and stamp out the rising antisocial behaviour in young people.
Pete Smith said: "People know what's going on and even yesterday afternoon I was getting phone calls, which I passed onto my police contact, of a young person with no crash helmet, no protection was tearing around the estate."
He's requesting a "pressure group" within the community join forces to try and help police the action and raise the questions for change.
Pete said: "Unity and solidarity within the community to say they are going to stick together and stamp this out. We want to this to be an antisocial behaviour free zone."
There has been no reply so far to Pete's letter.
A fundraiser is ongoing for seven-year-old Katniss to give the funds to her family, so far it's raised over three thousand pounds.
