Two 17-year-old boys have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a man in Birmingham who was stabbed after his car was rammed by another vehicle.

Kelvin Ward died after an incident in Chester Road, Castle Bromwich on April 18.

Leighton Williams, 28, of North Roundhay, Birmingham, and a 16-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, have already appeared in court charged with Mr Ward's murder.

The youth also faces a separate allegation of violent disorder.

West Midlands Police said officers had made further arrests, detaining two 17-year-olds, and were keeping Mr Ward's loved ones informed of the latest developments.

Mr Ward, who was 50, was described by his family as "a loving partner, father, son, brother and friend to many" who would be greatly missed.
