Solihull woman dies after being rescued from house fire
West Midlands Ambulance Service tried to save her, but she died at the scene
A woman has died after she was recused from a burning building in Solihull.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the property at around 9.59pm on Tuesday (Dec 10th).
Three paramedic officers, a nearby community first responder, a MERIT trauma team and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
The fire service rescued the woman from the property on Kinghurst Road, Shirley.
The Ambulance Service say their staff tried to save the woman's life.
Despite their best efforts, she died at the scene a short time later.
